Join us at either our 450 woodland venue in the north of Sheffield in South Yorkshire, or our 12 acre private woodland site just west of Wakefield. Our canopied basecamp and a wood fire ensure our clients keep dry and are supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits.
All of our sessions are run with a maximum of 8 people, that way we can maintain a low presence in the forest in order to experience Nature up close. The small group sizes also ensure a high level of interaction with the instructor, we'll get plenty of one to one tuition through the workshops to develop your skills at your own pace.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, we're very open and there's no obligations.
Woodland Stool Weekend
Woodland Stool Weekend
Join us on this fantastic weekend in the woods where you'll craft a wooden stool from greenwood cut from the woodland. We'll take you through the process step by step, from log to seat! Camp out with us wildstyle or stay locally nearby, this weekend will be full of craft skills and fun.
5th-6th May 2018
I'll be delivering this friendly and involved course personally along with my good friend Katie Rees of KindleWoods. We can spend as long as you need looking at each tool in turn to ensure you feel confident and safe when using these fantastic craft tools. You'll feel the satisfying sensation of splitting open a log right through to sitting by the fire on your finished stool, and then use it for years to come at home or out in the woods. Jamie Dakota
