Espresso
A concentrated, intense coffee showcasing the character of your roast.Cowboy Flat White
A traditional campfire brewed coffee softened with milk, celebrating practical outdoor brewing.Deluxe Woodland Latte
Silky fire-heated milk topped with fresh billy-can whipped cream and seasonal woodland garnish.
Campfire Dessert Pairings
Rather than simply drinking coffee, you'll build a tasting board where every dessert has been chosen to elevate the drink beside it.
Espresso X Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Brownie Bite
Rich chocolate amplifies the roasted notes while a touch of sea salt softens the bitterness.
Cowboy Flat White X Fire-Toasted Cinnamon Apple Crumble Pot
Warm apples cooked in a skillet with cinnamon, brown sugar and buttery oat crumble. Comfort food that perfectly matches the mellow milk coffee.
Deluxe Latte X Billy Can Vanilla Cream with Honeycomb & Toasted Hazelnuts
Fresh cream whipped by hand in a billy can, served over honeycomb pieces with lightly toasted hazelnuts and a drizzle of local honey.

The Experience
This barista course hidden in the woods is a celebration of slowing down, working with fire and discovering that exceptional coffee doesn't require expensive equipment: just patience, attention and good company.
As the woodland fills with the smell of roasting beans and woodsmoke, you'll learn an age-old craft that transforms simple ingredients into something memorable. Every cup tells the story of the decisions you've made throughout the roast, while every dessert demonstrates how thoughtful pairings can completely change the way coffee is experienced.
Whether you're an experienced coffee enthusiast or simply curious about making exceptional coffee outdoors, you'll leave with practical skills, a deeper understanding of coffee, and the confidence to recreate these techniques around your own campfire.
